The 1 1/2" cube-shaped pole is constructed of 35mm thick heavy-gauge lucite to provide the durability needed to support heavy draperies and withstand daily use. Poles mount to a wall or ceiling. We'll even bend them into a French Return configuration when your project calls for it.

Recommendations
Four drapery rings are recommended per foot of pole.
To splice two poles, utilize a bracket to provide necessary center support. Bracket conceals undesirable seam.
One bracket is recommended every 2 1/2 feet to prevent pole from bowing.
Use inside mount bracket to recede poles directly to the wall for a refined look.

Brimar bend technician’s have mastered the time and temperature component to form perfect acrylic French Return bends without bubbling or yellowing to create a one of a kind custom rod for your client. Custom bending acrylic is extremely labor intensive and requires 100% attention to detail throughout the entire process. We are happy to prepare a quote upon receiving your specifications.
To start, measure each individual window. Do not assume all windows are of equal size.
Measure with extreme accuracy. Round all measurements to the nearest 1/8 inch.
When planning your window design be mindful to corners, crown molding, doors, cabinetry and built-in furniture which may interfere with your installation.
Consider your finished length when providing dimensions. Factor in the added length of your finials or endcaps when establishing your pole length.
Poles are custom cut to your exact specifications. Due to the custom nature of this service, custom bent poles are non-returnable.

Please indicate if your drawing is based on wall-to-wall measurements or rod measurements. This will influence how we interpret your sketch.
Brimar will assume that your drawing is based on a top-down view. If otherwise, please specify.
When placing an order, a template in actual size is required for custom bend orders. How To Create A Template. It is important that you work with your installer to provide accurate dimensions and bend angles as they will determine your finished product. Miscalculations may cause incorrect bending. Custom bent poles are non-returnable.

Brimar ships poles and their components separately in order to prevent damage, unless specified otherwise. Poles and/or components may arrive on separate days based on the delivery company and is not within our control.
All orders will be shipped via the most efficient, economical method based on package size, unless specified otherwise.
Custom cut poles and custom bent poles are non-returnable.
